BOS untuk pembelian komputer

Mungkin beberapa bendahara di sekolah maupun madrasah ada yang masih bertanya-tanya, bolehkah dana BOS digunakan untuk membeli perangkat komputer?. Jawaban atas pertanyaan tersebut tentu telah dijelaskan baik di Juknis BOS 2014 untuk sekolah maupun Juknis BOS Madrasah tahun 2014. Berikut ini penjelasannya pada masik-masik juknis.

Juknis BOS 2014

Pada tanggal 4 Desember 2013, Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan menerbitkan Permendikbud nomor 101 Tahun 2013 tentang Petunjuk Teknis Penggunaan dan Pertanggungjawaban Keuangan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah Tahun 2014. Ada satu hal yang menarik dari Juknis BOS 2014 ini yang ternyata merupakan salah satu keinginan saya terhadap program BOS ini adalah diakomodasinya unsur biaya tetap operasional sekolah. Dimana bila di tahun-tahun sebelumnya dana BOS hanya diberikan sesuai jumlah siswa penerima, maka hal tersebut seakan-akan mengasumsikan biaya operasional sekolah bersifat variabel (sesuai jumlah siswa) padahal pada kenyataannya banyak biaya tetap pada operasional sekolah yang tidak dipengaruhi jumlah siswa.

Seperti yang kita ketahui, akses padamu negeri sendiri tidaklah selalu lancar, lebih sering kita terhambat oleh beratnya beban jaringan, maka tidak ada salahnya bila kita menyiapkan soal EDS agar lebih cepat dalam pengerjaan padamu negeri nanti untuk siswa.

Di Indonesia paling tidak kita mengenal 2 (dua) macam lembaga pendidikan formal yakni yang kita kenal dengan Sekolah (yang dinaungi oleh Dinas Pendidikan atau sejenisnya sebagai SKPD pelaksana dekon/ TP Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan) dan Madrasah (yang dinaungi oleh Kementerian Agama, dimana madrasah negeri sudah setingkat Satker). Kedua lembaga pendidikan formal tersebut sama-sama mendapat bantuan operasional sekolah tetapi perlu kita ketahui bersama beberapa perbedaan administrasi BOS di Sekolah maupun di Madrasah seperti berikut ini.
